10 pisang abu, peeled
100gm freshly grated coconut
10 pieces spring roll wrappers
1tbs white sugar
pinch of salt
veggie oil for deep frying

Coconut sauce
120g gula melaka
2 cups thick coconut milk
10 stalks pandan leaves, knotted
pinch of salt

How to
1. Mix the white sugar with grated coconut and a pinch of salt. Take a banana and roll it in the grated coconut until it is thoroughly coated. Place it on a corner of a spring roll wrapper. Roll it up into a cylindrical shape. Deep fry in veggi oil over low heat. Toskan minyaknya.

2. To make a sauce, simmer all the sauce ingredients in a saucepan over low heat for 3-4 minutes, until the palm sugar is dissolved. Serve hot over the banana rolls.

if u want to make more, i guess just double the recipes, u can always cut the banana cigar into 2 before serving, or, sukati kau le camna senang kira..:)
