Manchurian Chicken

okay, memula bagi sejarah sikit, skang aku dah jadi macam cikgu sejarah makanan la pulok kan..

ini adalah pub grub, sok'olah kalau orang yg pi pub selain minum2 beer, inilah makanan dia.. logik akai ka?.. aku tak tau, sebab tak pernah pi pub, hehe.. tapi begitu le kata majalah flavours ini..

ini makanan terkenai kat THE SUPPER CLUB, oh, u can adjust the amount of cili padi to suit yer tolerance for spiciness

600g chicken thighs/drumstick, cut into pieces

MARINADE
1 tbsp light soy sauce/kicap le
1/4 tsp dark soy sauce/kicap apo yg mano pun aku tak tahu, hentam sajelah labu
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chinese rice wine-tidak digunakan dek saya
1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
1/8 tsp sugar, or to taste

2 tbsp cornflour, for coating

6 cloves garlic, chopped
10-12 bird's eye chillies (cili padi), roughly chopped

combine the chicken and marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 30minutes. Dust with the cornflour to coat meat lightly before deep frying.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok and fry the chopped garlic until just lightly browned. add chicken pieces and chillies and stir-fry briefly. serve immediately.

welkam.. sila le meng'ayam' ini malam, sure yer hubby like like one coz he so into kicap, hehehe
