chocolate macaroon

seumur hidup sebenarnya tak pernah makan macaroon langsung.. hehe, but i do know how these suckers look like, but not the taste. but one of my good friend, yg been to paris for a year and back, said.. she spent as much money to buy an LV on these cute macaroons, lagilah kat paris kan, macaroons homeland i presume.. so, today berbekalkan recipe from FLAVOUR, ahkak masuk dapor and poyo2 nak buat macaroon.. i know there is little room for mistake, since kena deal ngan putih telur yg dipukul hingga peak..
sebab kelam kabut, dah siap letak kat dulang pembakar barulah ada gambar of the chocolate disc, ini adalah macaroon shells.
ditepung tawar sikit koko ataihnya..

well, the end of the sweaty tiresome activities, only these two discs yg perfect.. yg lain laid flat, hehe, maybe sebab all the air dah escape from the adunan.. or cracked mungkin sebab oven yg too hot.. so since ada two discs aje yg jadi.. maka I malas gila nak buat filling dia.. kitorang sebat ajelah as it is, hahahahaaaa


macaroon.. am so tempted to make another trial of dealing with you, hehe.. so, tunggukanlah lagi kemunculan macaroon later.. :)

lya - sesungguhnya kalau ia jadi, ia lebih chumel adik.. hehe, yg ini hudoh sbenarnya..

afendi n doktor singa - anak saya kata mcm dorayaki.. haha, and saya nampak macam oyster.. so how?

MK - erk.. sebab dia tak siap with a filling, kita tak tahulah nak cakap rasa dia camna.. tapi kalau kat kedai harga dia mahal, kita tak sampai hati nak makan.. hehe (oh, habidud kata mcm bahulu melayu aje rasanya, hehe)

K.N - haha, entertaining questions.. mine mcm errr bahulu tekster wise.. ada pelbagai filling, from chocolate, blueberry, grapefruit secs, depends on the shells that pretty much can be any color u want, perpel, cekelat, oren, pink koror.. so in nowadays kalau untuk occasion (i know u're thinking for makan adat2 ney.. so yaaaa, it's so kewl kalau di'serve' secara individu satu saja sebab mak kedekut.. acah jo.. hehe).. untuk tea juga why not.. :).. or maybe bachelorette parrrrteeeey..
