HONEY AND CRUSHED CORIANDER CHICKEN

hai kawan-kawan.. :)
after the short hiatus, saya kembali, kembali...KEMBALI.. (wah, cakap gema),
saya kembali dgn resepi,
resepi ni dah lama saya simpan tapi baru aje nak cuba try,
bila saya cakap lama, ia adalah selama awal tahun 2 ribuan gituuu.
ini adalah resepi rohani jelani, so ,seperti biasa resepinya adalah visually enticing,
yang saya punya saya tak sure pulak

Saya anggap ini resepi sihat,
ayam dibakar dan hanya guna sesudu minyak saja


HONEY AND CRUSHED CORIANDER CHICKEN





ingredients
6 to 8 medium sized chicken parts (dia suruh peha, tapi saya campur2 saja)
1 rounded tbsp coriander seeds (ketumbar biji)
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp finely-grated ginger (saya cincang saja)
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp dark soya sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
1. rinse chicken parts and trim off any excess bits of skin or fat. pat dry with absorbent paper towel. (taknah pun buleh ah)
2. lightly toast the coriander seeds and black pepper by placing them in a small frying pan over medium heat (sangai). after 3 to 4 minutes they will smell fragrant and the coriander will lightly browned. immediately take pan off the heat. roughly crush the coriander and black pepper in a mortar and pestle. remove.
3. combine the grated ginger, soy sauces, honey, oil and salt in a small bowl. add the crushed spices. rub over chicken parts, cover and set aside, refrigerated for an hour or two.
4. Place chicken pieces under a preheated grill or roast in a 190'c oven for 20 to 25 minutes (depending on the size and thickness of the chicken parts), turning chicken over halfway through the cooking time to help them brown evenly.










ini sarapan sihat agaknya. waffle redimet beli di giant (hahahaaa, pmalas, pmalas), scramble egg less butter and sayur sayuran mentah, terasa seperti arnab juer adanya.

sukalah pinggan letak ayam itu. cantik ceria. mesti happy bila makan guna pinggan itu kan....
