lambakan informasi

takde laambak sgtpun. haha
by the way, saya tidak mampu bertepek lama di depan komputer sehinggalah suami saya yang baik hati itu akan sponsor untuk belikan kabel wayar yg baru, maka setiap hari hanya boleh bertepek depan komputer dlm kadar 'ration' and tunggu dia pulak and leech power using his cabel, hahahaaa

well, i am in my third week of my 'gymming' session,
the 1st week, pergi 3 kali,
second week, 4 kali,
this week was hoping untuk hadir sebanyak 5 kali.

aiming untuk membuat cardio selama 30minutes everytime,
1st week sporadic sajaa.
but starting in the end of my second week,
i made it my aim to achieve the 30minutes goal,
albeit i made it into 3 10minutes session,
just to make sure aku tak serik to do it.
and gradually hoping to hit an hour/1 jam timing.

and yes, i did weight training as well,
just to aim a well define muscle,
yg skarang ini menyorok di balik lapisan lelemaks i, hahahahaa

berkayuh 30 minutes, hanya akan membakar lebih kurang 300 calorie plus,(depends pada berat badan anda)
tak cukup pun nak membakar nasi lemak ayam goreng rempah yg disental di pagi hari.
tensi kan.
so there's no simple way to get lighter than overhauling yer diet as well..
oh, plus exercising too i mean.

and juga terbaca, kunyahlah chewing gum ber'minty' to curb yer selera....
hahahaaa, starting last nite, i nyorokkan sugar free wringley's in my bag,
kalau ini fakta, i akan warwarkan,
kalau auta, i warwarkan juga.

Rasanya yg psl kunyah sugar free mint tuh betul kot, penah klua dlm biggest loser.. Tp x penah try.. As for me, kalau lapar tp malas nak munch/cook sumthing.. Minum air kosong byk2.. Tp jgn slalu wat la.. Nanti gastrik@angin.. Masa malas je :p

nasi lemak accessorise - gym session = ada lagi calorie tinggal.. tu blum kira fuel yg dah existing kat badan lagi, hahaaaa, i have a long way to go. but better start somewhere. :D
