Cobaan Training Half Marathon

Setelah memulakan latihan (achewah kunun),
mulalah rasa diri memang sah gila nak masuk half marathon mcm hampeh tak berkederat.. :p (ikon lidah terjelir menunujukkan kekdah cobaan untuk mendapatkan kadar oksigen dgn jilatan ke udara)

Gila habis,
sbenarnya pencapaian 1km=10min adalah diawangan impian saja,
sbenarnya diri ini hanya mampu berlari berkadaran lebih dari itu..
more like 11,12 sometimes 13km per 10mins, uhuk.. 
Maka mula terbayang yg dogtag idaman itu makin jauh dri jangkauan..

Namun,
saya telah membuatkan cobaan untuk menaikkan jarak larian sedikit demi sedikit..





 MPIB RUN 2013

8km (7.24 mapmyrun)

This was the 1st event of the year 2013.
Surely I had great fun entering.
I was feeling great, no pressure coz this is my 1st time trying 8km length.
Masa nak sampai garisan penamat rasa syok habis, feeling 'lihatlah dunia, I'm doing 8km  run'
Sekali tengok kat mapmyrun, jarak larian hanyalah 7.24km.
Nonetheless, I rarely did more than 5km pun kawang kwang kwang..
So, I am proud with myself.
Masa ni pun blum daftar half marathon,
My spirit was high and seems all thing is achieveable..
Little that I know, muahahahaaa..
  


DRAGONBACK 2013

11km (supposedly 14km, DNF)

Masa ni dah daftar dah dalam kategori couple for d half marathon meaning I am running with a pacer.
So, habidud pun was pacing with me that day.
Thank god we were only pirating.
Masuk tanpa bayar fee hence not getting any baju.. muahahaaa.. (and other benefits like food and water from water station)
Macam nak matik turun naik daki turun itu lengkok lengkok yg kelihatan dikejauhan..
It is called dragonback for an obvious reason..
I lost my steam from the first daki lagi..
Habidud keep on pushing me to do more running than walking (muahahaaa)
n we were like the few of the last surviving runners kat belakang..
Siap ambulans people following me and do the thumb-up are u okay? thingy to me..
and i was smiling dlm seksa, yes i am surviving no worries thingy coming back from me..
We supposedly to try to conquer 14km of the fat-assback, eh, dragonback..
ending up doing only 11km.
DNT is did not finish.. heheee

This is when I realize that me is half nuts to ever think to do half marathon in April..
More time needed to train..

And that made habidud starting whipping my ass to do more training..
Here we were doing around town running.. muahahaaa..
This is us running blakang AEON Bukit Tinggi,
Kalau disertai dgn acara shoppingthon, it would made my training more sweeter honey.. :)
He did pushed me from back, aimed till the traffic lite tactics, dragging my hands,
Intertwining jari stuffs.... anything everything to keep pushing me running, hahahaaa 

Dem, dem, dem..
That is all I am going to say..

sapa jaga baby masa pegi berlari? i am inspired too tgk hantu mkn sudah jadi hantu lari...hehehe. tapi nk ikut jejak langkah mu belum nampak jalan lg...
